Quarantine can provide a time to exercise new formats of internal expression.
Find new ways to process what is happening.
Paint.
Journal.
Choreograph.
Pray.
My husband has used poetry as a modality to express his internal process over the past month of quarantine life and adjustment .
As a fifth grade teacher, he encouraged his students to express their internal dialogue, feelings and reactions through poetry. What beautiful expression I have witnessed from clients and those close to me over the past several weeks.
Thankful for this season.
